Per diem/1099 CRNA opening with UPMC Western Maryland in Cumberland, MD—flexible scheduling and diverse case mix

UPMC Western Maryland is a voluntary nonprofit, short term acute care hospital with 240 Medicare certified beds and a member of the Western Maryland Health System.

Case Assignments:

Cases include, but are not limited to, Ortho, General, Neuro, and GYN with a care team model.

CRNA's are encouraged to perform regional blocks at this location.

Responsibilities

Pre-anesthesia assessment

Obtains and/or verifies patient consent

Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient

Induction, maintenance and emergence from anesthesia

Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition

Performance of clinical intervention as needed

Requirements

Current license as a registered professional nurse

Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education

Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists

Total Rewards:

Salary: W2 Per Diem Rate: $140/hr. / 1099 Per Diem Rate: $145/hr.
